I had a zoom meeting with Dawn through Irish Sign Language interpreters, visited her office and showed a 3D render with real textures of the kitchen and a very detailed quotation with all the items and everything that I want. She DID it! A top quality kitchen I have now with Deaf space. LOVE IT! Thank you Dawn and Alan gave me so much time and guidance with all great advice/ideas.
